    The Reserve at Vista Cay Resort is the final phase of an already much larger, 864 unit Condo Resort Development, Vista Cay Resort. The project will feature 160 new resort condo units with luxurious finishes and fully furnished hotel designer packages. There are a total of four new buildings constructed of concrete block and steel. These buildings are located off Universal Blvd next to the Orange County Convention Center and directly across the street from the Universal Studios newly purchased land for their new theme parks. Each building will be four stories high (elevators included) with ten units per floor and forty units per building.
